I had completed my IPCC and doing my articles .I want to register for CS can register now for forth coming exams and also I would like to know whether their is necessity of under going any articles as in CA course

Yes there is requirement of completion of 15 months training in CS course as well.

sir, from ICSI website I came to know that by registering before/on 30/11/2013 one can give module I (of executive programe )attempt in June 14

Thats right, one can appear for one module as per the stated lines..'Candidates registered up to and including the month of November in a year are eligible for appearing in any one Module only in June examination of next year subject to completion of coaching, computer training & other requirements (as per the guidelines of the Institute) in the Module they intend to appear.'
