13 July 2011 WHEN YOU EXPORT / IMPORT THE PAYMENT PROVIDING BY THE BUYER COMES UNDER THE PURVIEW OF RESERVE BANK OF INDIA.

it is mandatory to make the BRC and after authenticate it from banker.

otherwise contravention will apply fema .hence BRC is a important evidence for exporter.
