What is the procedure if Manufacturer excisable unit wants to purchase input/capital goods without payment of duty to manufacture finished goods for Export/EOU/SEZ unit.

no such facility for manufacturing units to procure goods under bond,
manufacturing unit has to avail cenvat credit and supply goods for export / EOU/SEZ under bond or rebate as the case may be.
