Can Indian company purchase of agriculture land in India. Is there any procedure for the same. Pls inform me as early as possible

The company can purchase it for its own use. It cannot do real estate business unless and until the main objects of that company are real estate business.
If the company is into real estate business it can purchase.
The company cannot purchase through foreign funds raised by the company or if share capital brought in the form of foreign funds.
