It is a huge document to be given ,even briefly,in this small space. You may visit the web site of Punjab VAT department viz:www.pvat.gov.nic.in. In this portal all references to Punjab VAT Act,Rules, notifications, forms, etc are available. You may glance through the contents to get some idea of it....mjk
