05 November 2011 I want to start my business with public limited company. Kindly give me the list of compliances which i need to follow for smooth running of my business operation.
Please help me in this regard as i strongly interested in running Limited company. Also what are the expenditure i need to incurred on incorporating such structure of company?

07 November 2011 There are lots of compliance which are required to be following for smooth running of business.

First thing is incorporation, it will take around 50,000/- to incorporate new public limited company. For this you should meet Company Secretary in Practice. He will guide you proper.

For smooth running, you should appoint a CS in service.

07 November 2011 You can go to book shop and ask for Corporate Law - Ready Reckner. Besides, some corporate diaries are also available which gives day-to-day details of work to be done.
