While uploading txt file in PTRC return, i am getting message that “upload in progess”
Please help in this as to what should i do?

Thank you sir, this is happening since 21st March morning till today, also no one is responding to calls or email or even grievances. Kindly help

Due to March ending most of these portals are overloaded, giving problem. If possible, visit your ward officer and give application in writing.
