Provisional din used in eform inc 1

27 April 2015 I HAVE USED PROVISIONAL DIN OF MY CLIENT IN FORM INC1 AND I GOT APPROVAL OF THE NAME. LATER PROVISIONAL DIN APPLIED HAS BEEN REJECTED. NOW CAN I FILE DIR 3 AGAIN ? WILL IT INVALIDATES THE NAME APPROVAL?

28 April 2015 I have seen this situation for the first time. I am not sure whether it will allow or not. But what I can suggest is, in any case you need to apply for his DIN again. Get the new DIN and try filing up Form INC-7 with new DIN. Because while prefilling the srn of inc-1, no DIN details will be pre-filled. You can at least give one try.

If it is not happening, you need to file inc-1 with new din.
