I retired from my job as a high court judge after completed my 60 years of age and i again joined a high court for a period of 6 years and i have received a leave encashment benefit again can it will be exempted for me or it is taxable for me . plz reply as soon as possible

Leave encashment received by Govt employees is fully exempted from tax u/s 10(10AA)( i ). There is no limit for govt employees for leave encashment received through out the life.
