Provision of gratuity

I retired from my job as a high court judge after completed my 60 years of age and i have been granted a gratuity of Rs.100000 and i again joined a high court for a period of 6 years can i claimed any relaxation in the gratuity if i received afterwards

Gratuity received by Govt employees is fully exempted from tax u/s 10(10)( i ).
Limit of gratuity of 10,00,000 for whole life is for other emplyees, there is no such limit for govt employees.
