if one propritor convert his/her propritorship firm into company and he /she wants to fill the government tender, is he/she can fill the government tender??

As per the provision of Companies act you can't convert proprietorship firm in to company.

Thanks,But if propritor of the firm already close the firm and register a new company ( private company).now he/she wants to fill the government tender, Is there any provision in company act 2013 should be complied by that person ????

yes he/she can
no u r not required to comply with any provisionhubject to t&c of tender but it should not be ultra virus
