Providing tution with articleship

20 June 2013 Can I impart personal tuition along with my article ship, to remain self dependent on my own earnings. My office hours do not clash with my Tuition hours. Kindly suggest, If I clash form 112 or any such other guidelines.

20 June 2013 1)112 is required only if you are pursuing additional course other than ca during article ship

2)if there is no clash to articlehip timings and boss agrees not required to send form.

3)if there is clash you are not eligible to continue it..you should go for articleship training in working horse of firm..
