A company was incorportated in Aug.2009. It has an employee strength of 24 ( all of whose basic salary exceeds 6500/- p.m.).
Is it required to obtain PF registration ?
If PF registration is taken, is it required to file nil returns ?

In my view, you have to get registration and apply simultaneously for exemption.
