09 August 2016 Dear all, One of the newly joined employee doesn't want to the employer to deduct the PF From salary . The employer is bound to deduct as his company is registered under PF act and meet all criteria. The employer wanted to know is there a way out of this . The salary amount is Rs 28000. An earliest reply will be helpful.

10 August 2016 If the salary is less than Rs.15000 it is compulsory for the company to pay PF. However, if the salary is above Rs.15000 it is voluntary decision whether to deduct PF or not to deduct PF by the employer and employee
