I our organisation,there is 15 employees . Can we open the provident fund account for 15 employees. What is the minimum employees to eligible for provident fund account

Yes you can opt for the same. You have to write a letter by registered post or submit in person stating that presently you have 15 only and in future it will cross the 20 minimum stated by act and for the benefit of the employees we intend to register early. But be careful once you register aganin you cannot go back and say we are less than 20 please cancel the registration.
