1) Can employee refuse to deduct their PF from salary..!!
2) In above case if we follow normal accounting treatment, will it attract any law..!!??

All Depend on Payroll System Already Adopted by Organisation.
if Your Salary Above 6500 Basic, You Can Ask to Employer to Not Deduct PF.
But Its Not Bind to employer

but if we not deduct pf.. so do we have to collect any evidence to shoe to pf department.!!
