A pvt. ltd. co. was running without registration with ROC . The company owners were also having bogus Memorandum & Articles, naming 2 persons as directors and 3 other persons as subscribers (Total 5 persons).The M/A was caught by ROC . Nowadvise whther ROC can file prosecution u/s 631 against directors only or against subscribers also.
