Dear All,
Any one can give me the Sklabs for Professional Tax for Differnet states, and if we the Head Office in Bangalore n branch offices in differant States how PT should be calculated.
Further to the above we have the branches at Pune, Delhi, Baroda, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Mohali, Kolhapur and Kolkata....
Any body tell me the slabs for Diff branches and paymnet due dates (ie MOnathly or Qtrly or Half Yearly or Yearly)

professional tax is charged on the basis of state in which as per contract u have to render service.
if you are deputed to branch from beginning the Professional Tax as per branch offices state is charged, if you mere come for temporary work professional tax as per Head Office in Bangalore will be charged
