Hi friends
We are a sole proprietorship company at Tamil nadu (manufacturing of dry fruits). We are looking for start a sales branch at Bangalore and Kochi. Can a proprietorship company have branches?
if yes what are the procedures?

Yes proprietary concern can have Branch at different state. You have to apply for new registration in each state under GST and appoint a Authorised Person in respective state.

You have to get new registration in different state but with the same PAN.
