Existing Business Proprietor Expired last month, His son will take this business, How to change his name in GST, Tan.No. etc what is the procedure to change all this .

Kindly explain the procedure.

07 December 2021 His son has to take PAN and TAN on his name and register under GST.
FORM GST ITC-02 to be filed for transfer of business after GST registration.

08 December 2021 File GST and income tax return as legal heir in father's PAN.
Register as legal heir in income tax portal and file ITR.
