Property purchase


06 August 2017 property purchased in joint name in name of father and son during the year 2010 and registered on 2016 i want to know that the whole payment was paid by 1st owner and later on 2015 the second holder make his half payment to first holder is there any tax implications on it

06 August 2017 There are no tax implications on buying .

06 August 2017 Only ensure that the first person share in the property is same as before after the second person pays
