husband has a property and he wants sell property to his spouse then what is to be done (i)if with adequate consideration

and the clubbing of income of both is possible for them?

is there any specific purpose for the transaction? as spouse has legal right in husband's property by virtue of marrige act. so unless it serves any specific purpose, its useless to transfer the property.
