I have completed 18 months of articleship and now i want transfer due to some reason
My query is wether it is compulsory to submit transfer proof of parent, if i select reason of parent's transfer ??

yes since 1 year is over u need to first seek icai's permission in writing by submitting the supporting for the propesed reason of ur transfer and only when they allow u in writing then u can send form 109.
