Proof of landing for fms

We are Exporters of goods in specified market under appendix 37c of Foreign Trade Policy I.e. D.R. Congo in Central Africa, we want to applied for Focus Market Scheme, Please give details about the documents which are required by dgft and specified that which Proof of Landing for FMS is required.

our final destination country is D.R. Congo and its land lock, our port of discharge in B/L is Dar es salaam port, buyer party is release the container from dar es salaam port and hire transporter to reach container to D.R. Congo.
we received following documents from our buyer please, let me know whether following documents are acceptable for proof of lending.
1. Release Order from tanzania revenue authority ( country of dar es salaam)in French language.
2. Delivery order by CMA CGM Shipping Company (Mundra to dar es salaam)
3. Import Duty paid receipt of Kinshasa in D.R. Congo. (Custom Clearing) in Franch language.
4. Receipt for payment made in Indian Bank.
5. declaration by buyer party for goods received by them.
