There is no specific format.First Prepare the Provisional balance sheet for the latest period available(ex.31.12.2012/31.1.2013/28.2.2013).Consider the Assets to be purchased and the loans to be raised.Take into account all the posssible revenues ,Exps and also the interest on the loans.Projected Balance sheet should give the picture of assets and liabilities at a future date.consider principle repayment of loan also.
