12 November 2008 we are the service providing industry .I want information regarding the project reports for submission to the bank for cash credit limit and for term loan,
1.what are the requiement for preparation of the same
2.what is the differance in project report required to submit to bank for term loan and project report required to submit for cash credit.
3.How to prepare the project report.
4.Different formats of the project report.

a)About the project and its promoters
b)Its Technical and Economic feasibilty
c)Demand & Competition and expected market share of yours appropriately justified
d)Man-power skill at your disposal to carry on the project
d)Ability to repay loans.
e)SWOT analysis of the project

2)There is no difference, it is a composit report, submitted simultaneously.

3)What to say!!! You have to or you have to hire the skill
4)It is borrower defined, but generally on the basis of matters stated in 1).
