i wanted to prepare a project report for a construction company in need of loan . can anyone help me to get the sample project reports for the same.

For a contruction company you have to prepare the monthly Fund Flow statement and justify the shortfall on monthly basis. Basically loan for WC requirement can be calculated by MPBF (Maximum possible bank finance) or through Fund Flow statement. Generally MPBF is done when the receipt increase by say 20% but any higher growth can only be justified by Fund Flow Statement. The fund flow will highlight the maximum shortfall which can be financed by the bank. Other formalities to follow.
