Dear Sir,
If we are registering a project in customs all the items coming under the project should only be imported or part items can be purchased locally.

Dear Madhan kumar,
Once Project is registered it is not necessary that you have to have import all the items of the registered Project import.You may even procure any item from the registered items under project import from the local market.
