SALARY Payable to PROJECT MANAGER & CONSTRUCTION MANAGER, should be considered as office overhead or it should be proportionately debited to Project Expanses, Kindly Clarify..

It can be charged to project cost provided you are able to prove that manager has spent his time completely/partially on project

Charge it to the Wor in Progress if the project is not completed it will increase the cost of the project and automatically this will reduce the profit
