My client has made payment for purchase of imported goods on the basis of Proforma Invoice.
Now the vendor is refusing to give Invoice saying Proforma Invoice is final.

Now my question is will Proforma Invoice will do from audit perspective ??

16 September 2014 As the goods are according to the proforma invoice (in terms of quantity, rate etc.) that is why.
