Dear Sir/Madam,
I have indian passport and resides in Dubai in financial year for more than 183 days....Myself having firm in Dubai having activities of importing and then giving that product for manufacturing(Job work) in India and then bringing back to Dubai and then exporting it.....My query is the profit earned by me is it taxable in india whenever i bring back my profit to India....Kindly help....

I assume u dont have business establishment in india. That means u have no business activity in ur own in inda. In that case prfit earned by u in dubai is not taxable in india whenever u bring back in india. But there is a chances to suspect the transaction by TPO.
