Can Professional Tax and Provident Fund paid by the Employer can be claimed as expense from profit & Loss Account?

Professional tax is deduction from employee, this cannot be claimed by employer
PF can be claimed by employer if it is paid with in the due date
PF can be claimed by employer if it is paid with in the due date
