Dear Sir,
We are from pvt. ltd. company, for which we are paying professional tax for company around 2,500/- per year. Now, our tax consultant is demanding to pay director's professional tax also, is it right ?? We are having two directors, in this one person is taking salary from company another one is dummy directory.
Is there professional tax for directors also ?? if it is there, how much to be pay ?? Please let us know your valued reply to proceed further in this matter.
Kindly look into this and do the favourable.

Yes, Directors are also liable to pay Professional Tax of Rs. 2500/- per year. Both the directors will be required to pay the tax.
