Can anyone let me known about is there any exemption on Professional Tax for physically handicapped person. If he is working in Tamil Nadu State Government Judiciary Department?

There is a exemption for Handicapped Person with more than 40 % disability or parent of a physically disabled or mentally retarded child in the state of Maharashtra.
Dont know about Tamil Nadu.
