Can anyone let me known about is there any exemption on Professional Tax for physically handicapped person. If he is working in Tamil Nadu State Government Judiciary Department?

20 October 2009 There is a exemption for Handicapped Person with more than 40 % disability or parent of a physically disabled or mentally retarded child in the state of Maharashtra.

Dont know about Tamil Nadu.
