Dear Sirs:
We have a branch at Hyderabad for which we are paying professional tax Rs. 2500-. Kindly confirm whether we have to pay for Directors also Rs. 2500- each. Our directors are based at Bangalore and we are remitting PT deducted at Bangalore

If you are deducting Pt from the salry of the director and that PT is Rs. 2500 or more in a year. there is no need to pat PT seperately for that Director
