sir is the director of the Pvt ltd company is liable of PTE if the are situated in delhi and the working f company and registration is in the state of Maharashtra.

Professional Tax is State Based Law. In some of the state Pt is no applicable.
I know that in maharashtra PT law is there.
Since your Compnay is registered in Maharashtra, PT will be applicable to you irrespective where the direcor works
