What is the difference between Professional Tax Registration Certificate (PTRC) & Professional Tax Enrolment Certificate (PTEC)?

Hi ritesh ..dealer has to register for PTRC no is for Profession tax of of Employment and dealer has to register under PTEC for profession tax of its employee if only dealer is liable to deduct PT of employee
