Sir,
We have private limited company, in this company we are having 55 branches.
My query is:
Can we pay the professional tax for each branch???
Or
Can we pay the professional tax for directors
Please suggest me

if you are talking about Maharashtra PT, the each director and company has to pay 2500 /- . You can add branch address as additional pob in registration

please log in to state P.Tax Portal , put the turnover and you will find the amount of P.tax that you need to pay,

FIRST ALTERNATIVE: IF YOU HAVE DESPERATE PAN NO OF EACH BRANCH, THEN YOU CAN PAY.
SECOND ALTERNATIVE: IF ALL THE BRANCHES ARE LOCATED IN SAME STATE, THEN CENTRALIZED REGISTRATION IS SUFFICIENT.
THIRD ALTERNATIVE: IF THE BRANCHES ARE LOCATED IN DIFFERENT STATES, THEN REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR EACH STATE.
