Wether company deduct and paid professional tax on half yearly basis?
or it is mandatory to deduct and paid prof. tax on monthly basis?
or it is mandatory to deduct and paid prof. tax on monthly basis?

The company has to deduct and pay the Professional Tax on monthly basis mandatorily. It can't be deducted and paid in any other manner.
