09 January 2014 Dear Sir,

Kindly let me know the difference between PTRC & PTEC registration...

Also let me know the due date to file PT return for Maharashtra state.

09 January 2014 Hi,

PTRC is profession tax registration certificate obtain by employer to deduct & deposit PT from employees salary & PTEC is profession tax enrollment certificate obtain by the professionals practitonor such as ca, doctors etc. & they have to pay there own PT.

10 January 2014 do I need to file saprate PT return for saprate place of business in maharashtra. We have a place of business in Mumbai as well as in pune
