hello friends... i hv a relative who is an employee of art of living... but he received the remuneration of 210000 under the head "professional services" and not salary.... this was confirmed by the tds form 16...... now tell me guys shud e use itr4 here .... but the problem here is dat anyone having net income of more than 120000 has to maintain books of accounts us 44aa...... pls advice me as wat shud be done here....

You should maintain regular books of accounts and file ITR 4 in above case.

sir i think itr 1 shud be filed here because definition of salary includes any fees paid in lieu of salary, by whatever name called...
moreover the payment is made to an employee this case for each month... pls give ur suggestion

If TDS certificate is for 194J, file ITR 4, & declare the income u/h PGBP.
