professional discount

= sir/madam can professional give discount...like if i have an hospital then in medical service can i treat discount in bill... income tax dept will consider it or not... i have heard that professional cannot give discount that show as a commission... please solve my doubt....

A hospital can give discount. It will be allowed under income tax act.
