10 July 2012 I want to transfer computers to my branch out of maharashtra. please let me know regarding the below points:

1. documents required
2. should i take F form from my branch.

10 July 2012 Dear Sir/Madam,

I,m working in a private limited company is it mandatory for all companies to deduct PT from employee salary.

If yes, where should we deposit it? will we have to do any registration for it?

Is there any formula(slab arangement) for deduction of PT.

PT is depends upon the state tax. The PT is required to submit in corporation and no registration is required.

11 July 2012 its mandatory . in which state your company held . you can go local pto office . they will give sugesstion about registration

13 July 2012 yo can pay in favour of PTO -circle .(diffrenet state have diffenrent slab rate)
But karnataka upto 10000 nil
10000 to 14999 - 150
above 15000 - 200
