30 January 2016 Please tell me whole procedure for conversion of Private Company into Producer Company As per Companies Act, 2013.and also other relevant point which kept in mind in this process?

30 January 2016 Actually there are no specific provision applicable for Producer Company under companies act 2013. So you should be guided by the provisions of Companies Act 1956.

Most important requisite is all the members should be agriculturist and you need to obtain affidavit on record.
