I want to take over Pvt. Ltd. by entering myself as director. So Please can you tell me what is process and can we do so ???

Mr. Dear,
First of all you and your any one director should be obtained a DIN no.and take the shares before take over,there after appoint as a director and in this time you pay out all the amount to the old directors exclusive one after that all shares transferred from the old directors by the help of company secretary and CA. then you & your two director will be a fully share holders of this company and finaly you and your director would be a full time directors of this company.
