I have filled 26Q for all quarter. Now what is the proccedure.? Any yearly return to be file or i just can give 16A for all my parties.?

20 April 2009 No provision for any yearly filing of any return for Financial year 2008-09. You can issue form 16A to all ur parties.

21 April 2009 When you have file all Querterly return then there is no provision for filling annual return. Now you can issue form 16A.
