Procedure to withdrew pf

Hi, I left my company in the Month of April,12 serving two years of work still not received the PF after signing the necessary documents. What are the possible ways to apply for withdrawal of PF.

SUBMIT FORM 19 AND 10A TO EPF OFFICE, SIGNED BY YOU AND COUNTERSIGNED BY EMPLOYER, AND FURNISH YOUR BANK PASS BOOK XEROX COPY ALONGWITH

Can you please tell me whats the time limit to receive the PF amount once the documents are submitted to the EPF office.

if the employer's/employee's records are updated at office, then it takes 3 weeks approx.
