are you asking the procedure for registering on the income tax web site?

yes surely.
go to income tax site
http://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/
click on register yourself........right hand top side
click on individual...(radio button)
click on continue button
enter the PAN
enter the surname (Please keep the copy of PAN handy)
enter the date of birth
click on continue
it will open the next page
fill the page thoroughly......be sure the mobile number as well as the e mail id because the OTP is sent automatically by the website to mobile number and the activation link is sent to e mail id......
please do as directed and you can get your PAN registered with the site.......
