Dear Sir/Madam

My company is in medical business the company waants to do trading in stock, F&O agents, Foreign and commodity markets.These objects are not covered in ancillary object. I want to know the procedurein case we wish to incorporate these clause,with removal of the main object clause of medical business.

You have to call a general meeting of the members of the company and have to pass a special resolution in this regard./...

then have to file eform 23 along with alter MOA to the ROC and if your company is a public limited company then also form 20 A having attachment on stamp paper by cs/director of the company that the provisions contained in section 149 2A have been complied with....
