Procedure in case form-108 is signed with excess leaves

25 March 2010 My employer is signing my form-108 with no. of leaves which which will extend my articleship period. I want to know whether i have to again get myself registered(by filing form 103) with same employer or i can get myself registered with some other employer as well.
plz help me asap. i m in deep trouble.

25 March 2010 You request your employer to extend the date by the number of leaves taken and after completing that you request your employer to sign form 108. Otherwise you have to go through long process which will consume time and money.
